I purchased a princess dress as a christmas gift on 11/25/13. It was opened and did not fit on 12/25/13. I began attempting to contact on 12/26/13 with no response until 1/6/14. I needed the dress for a specific trip. There was no indication on their voicemail, out of office email, facebook, or website that they were closed until 1/6. When I finally received a response, I had already ordered a replacement dress. Now they are saying I can no have a refund because it is past the 30 day window. I attempted to contact at the 30 day point and they were closed 12/23-1/6 - making it impossible to make the return within the end of the window.

Update: 01/08/2014

After multiple emails with customer service, they have agreed to refund my purchase.
