Joined in Oct. 25, 2013. Called customer service to cancel on Nov, 19, 2013. Benjamin said they will reimburse me $84.00 but I need to call back on Sunday Nov. 24 for my $97.00 refund. Mentioned to him that it was a weekend but he assured me that the office was open. On Nov. 24, 2013 I called only to find office was closed so I emailed customer service. On Nov. 25, I called customer service and told that I was misinformed about the office being open. I was told that they will credit me back in 10-15 days. On Dec. 17, 2013, I called Customer Service again and told them my account was not credited. Aaron informed me that there was a discrepancy in the system and my credit was not processed. Again I was reassured that this time they will mail the payment from their Salt Lake City office. As of date, no check has been received so I called this morning only to find that phone number is not valid.
