Merrywood loans took a total of 120 pounds out of my account when I phoned them I was advised by the very rude staff it would be refunded within 7 days that was two months ago when phoning every week since phwas confronted by rude staff telling me mot to waste my breath amd putting the phone down on me they also advised they had 30 da
ys to refund whick was up jan 7 I ohoned on the 6th jan to be told I would go into my account that week phoned again on the 9th jan to be told it still hadn't been refunded all I cam say is wot a scam and the advisors there are a waste of time rude amd ignorant you must be proud of your selves horrible horrible people
