I called to have the charges stopped on my account, which is what they told me they would do. I asked about the refund and they told me that I had to return the merchandise first to get the refund. I was charge but never received the merchandise. I would have to call and get a code to include what I would need to put into the return box. I never received anything from them, so I couldn't get my money back. I did get an email from them when I canceled. It had a return product address.
