AS many other unfortunate customers- based on the reviews- I received a pile of formatted replies from the owner which have been received by other customers as well. The owner, Lleon Rao, says that the packages have been damaged, the customs did not give clearance, or she will follow through the order personally... Sometimes she just ignored the e-mails. It's been 7 months and there is no product. She has scammed so many people that it's almost unbelievable how she can get away with that.
