when i got my bank statment through i saw that money had been taken out my bank from loanzoo it was taken out on the 8/1/14. £39.99 didnt even know what the website was. phoned the bank and they said there was nothing they could do tryed thoning them and got nothing no answer i have had to cancel my account because i was informed from the bank that they can take out money when ever they want so i do not no what to do now please help fiona
