I prepaid jail call services for Unlimited calls in a 3months membership ($49.95)for a guaranteed 50-80% savings, a 1 hour activation time frame ($19.00) along with a "one time ($14.00) charge with taxes they debited $92.27 from my account upon further investigation I found out that the "Local" number they provide will only save me .86 cents per call verses my current long distant rates which is a far cry from the minimum of 50% savings they boast. I called & emailed them my cancellation request & received a reply stating they would cancel services as I requested, but they would like me to reconsider my cancellation request; I immediately responded that all I desired was a FULL refund since I have NOT USED AND DID NOT INTEND TO UTILIZE THEIR COMPANY. I then received an email stating my number was cancelled, but I would NOT be receiving a refund of ANY kind since they had to pay a third party to generate the number for them. The same number that they have cancelled from my account & will surely resell to another sucker like myself. I am disgusted by their tactics of taking advantage of families who are eager to maintain their bond with their incarcerated loved ones....please HELP!
