Company sent bill for services 13 months after services performed to primary insurance provider. Primary insurance denied claim as claim filed after "timely filing provision". Company sent bill to me, I spoke with secondary insurance company, they received bill and paid according to their procedures. Company sent balance bill to me and started a phone campaign to make me pay the remainder of the bill. $59.17
This is a scam, holding a bill for 13 months knowing "timely filing provision" exists and sends bill to customer. Without secondary insurance, I would have to pay the whole thing!!
