International boundaries
I first ordered from this company on 12/24/13. I then immediatly realized it was a scam after I paid for the $4 S/h fee (on my bank statement it says $5.13 and a 0.15 international fee charge) because everything was supposedly "free" I sent them an email (because I could not find an phone number for them) asking for a refund and to cancel my account. I never received the refund and today on 1-9-14 they charged my account for $27.84. I finally found a number for them and they refuse to refund my account saying I never requested a refund. So now I am out almost $33.
