Applied for Whynotleaseit at Kmart. Easy terms: No credit required, Minimum income $1000 mth, active checking acct and no active bankruptcies. Preapproved for $800...good for 10 days. Went on 12/23/2013 to get grandchildrens Santa...went to register to pay and was denied! I called the number I was given with no results so I emailed everyone I could that was associated with this company. Today, I received and email with a reply that I was denied because of credit length, credit inquiries, income not verified ( I'm on SSDI ) OR Highdebt ratio ( owe car and house ). PersonUally, I think it's a rip off. No credit needed should be no credit checked. People probably don't know they're getting an inquiry on their report. I think they are very misleading and falsely advertise the qualifications and terms of their services. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone and me being denied may have hurt my grandchildrens Christmas, I think it was a blessing in disguise for me. I fIeel sorry for the people, who in 5 mths are probably going to lose their things because of a giant balloon payment....L Stone. Greenville SC
