I joined upworkptr.com website on 11 Dec 2013 which is a paid to view websites program as a free member. As per the website when you reach $20,000/- you can ask for payout. But I have accumulated $23,225/- as of 03 Jan 2014. The Request Payout button in the upworkptr website is still dim, which means I cannot request for a payout. I sent an email to upworkptr but up to now no response from them. What I cannot understand is why this site if it is Scam Site still operating in the Internet without any investigations by the concerned Authorities wasting the time and money of people who send their sponsors day and night and ultimately ditched without even paying a cent.
