signed up for free sample. was to receive sample and decide if wanted to continue. did not get sample until after trial period ended, and was billed 100.79 for next delivery, before i got sample. ordered sample on 12/10/2013. was billed for next delivery on 12/24/2013 and had not yet got sample. sample arrived from china on 12/28/2013. website has no contact info available. when click on contact us get page not available. will probably file grievance through visa to get money back.
