I ticked a box on your site, indicating that I did not want to renew my subscription, since I can not use your service till later this year. However, you still charged me afterwards. When I complained, you insisted that I had not let you know and instructed me to tick that box. I then again told you that I had this done before and even had written a testimonial afterwards on your request. You then told me once more to tick this particular box. Impossible for me to do, because I am not allowed on the site and my password is not accepted anymore! Can you please sort this out for me.

Dear Ms/Sir,
Some month ago I subscribed to a service for one month for a fee of £37, at first not realizing that my subscription would be automatically renewed after that period. I indicated to them on the site, that I do not want to be renewed. I was then asked: Why and, if possible, to write a testimonial, which I did. In spite of this they still have taken money out of my account. I complained several times, but they ignore and keep telling me, that, to stop my subscription, I have to stop a particular box on the site. I told them that I already done this and that it is impossible for me to do it again, since I am not allowed anymore on the site with my password. Another sign, of course that i have already stopped my subscription. But they ignore my reasoning and don't want to help.. – FvdV.
