Called on 1/10/14 to cancel order and got the run around! Was told by the customer service personnel named Mary # 137746 I was only eligible for a refund of $70.00 if I send back the product, or I could keep it and receive $55.00. I am not happy, I just received the product on 1/09/14. Have yet to try it due to late delivery ! It's not my fault it came late , but I am paying for it!!!!!!! I can't call to extend the trial period if I have no item to try or info to proceed. Please help me, this company sucks! I will not tell anyone to try their products!!! I need to know what step to take in order to receive FULL refund! Lame.
