purchased gold on December 21 and was told they were out of stock. Every time i contact them they continue to say they are out of stock and need more time. As of today Jan 10, when i contacted support they still claim they are out of stock and to try back shortly while they restock.

I also talked to them on the 24th of December and asked for a refund. The person i spoke with said she would, but that has also never happened. I have a photo of that chat log and will post it if i can figure out how
