I ordered a free trial of both products, being told I would not be billed for the products. I thought I might be charged after the trial period ended (30 days) so I intended to cancel the trial after 3 weeks and send back the pills if needed, but found that I was billed yesterday for them, 2 and a half weeks after ordering. I have contacted them saying I will take legal action if I am not refunded, but I'm not hopeful that I will hear anything.

- My 'free trial' arrived yesterday, as of yet no money taken from my account but now having read this I'm waiting for the hit. I've read back through the terms and conditions: It does say that if you don't cancel the trial they will charge $159 per item but that in order to do so you must return the unopened product to them using an RMA number, which you must obtain from their customer services department by calling 08081890369 from the UK between 8am and 5pm. It appears to be a Czech company according to the postal address(Eurobase Fulfillment Ltd, Lihovarská 1060/12, 190 00 Praha - Liben (Praha 9), Czech Republic +448081890494). Their terms and conditions mean it would be unlikely you could dispute the first hit ($159 per item) unless, like me, you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, which is a failure on their part to provide the services promised. However there is no mention of further payments, therefore these would be deemed as unlawful and fraudulent. Here's hoping this is sorted out very swiftly!
