the company took money from my account but i had never enquired or even new they existed untill they helped them selves to £39.99 from my bank account witch was put aside for a direct debit that couln not be paid and was charged a further £10 for that missed payment the money taken was never authorized by me i have never delt with them before or even visited there web site ???? isnt that stealing or robbery ??? jokes

i need answers to when and where they got my details from its a joke that any company can take or request money from an account even if you dont no them and havent agreed or even had any prior contact
