i signed up for the free trial, under the assumption that it was a single time purchase. After receiving a second bottle in mail, that I did not order, I saw that they have charged my account multiple times. I asked for a refund, and to return the bottle, and they responded with "no refund, no return." their customer service is very rude. I then cancelled my account with them, and even cancelled my credit card and got a new one. I went to my bank to try and dispute the charges, and they were absolutely no help. They refuse to dispute the charges due to the fact that I agreed to the terms and agreements. When clicking the terms link from my order confirmation, the page does not exist!I am still fighting to get this disputed. Somehow, Slendera has still found a way to charge my account after I had already cancelled with them. This company is a scam and needs to be taken down. This company is being reported to the Better Business Bureau!
