we bought the minecraft download card at walmart and went to redeem the code when we did it said code was already redeemed. but the account was not credited.sent many emails no reply and no credit. there seems to be no formal phone contact for this company only email that they do not seem to reply too .they should be in my opinion not allowed to do business on the internet without some sort of accountability.
