I called my bank to check my balance and it was overdrawn $116.00. This was Friday 1/10/14. My bank gave me a copy of the draft . Where they toke $87.00 b/c of that my bank charged me $29.00. I called them and told them I have never heard of them and I want my $87 back and the NSF charge of $29 back. They told me they don't show were they have received the money yet. I told them I'm at my bank it was drafted by there company 1/6/14. I have never heard of there company. They said well cancell your membership. We will put a request in t to fax me a cancellation form. I sat at my bank for 2 hours called them 4 times. I never received the fax. Also by there policy if you don't cancell your membership within 5 days after the money is yoke out of your account you will not receive a refund. I told them that is Saturday 1/11/14. They were rudeddisrespectful and I kept asking for their supervisor. Every time I called they told me that she is also taking live calls and they have to help me and the will request a cancellation and have it faxed. Now it's Saturday they are closed. The 5 day policy expires today. I want get my money. I'm a single mom with 2 boys on disability a fixed income. I'm hoping someone can please help me
