The company made several promises in their sales pitch that have proven to be false. The promises include; no out of pocket costs, consistent performance throughout the winter, higher than actual returns on investment, installation issues (solar panels installed in the shade of my chimney).

We are all victims of a PONZI scheme and most likely will never see a penny returned to us. I already spent thousands on lawyers and just don't have any money left to go that route, now I'm playing hard ball and going to make life go really badly for them as they did to all the victims, and BTW nothing illegal, but will use all the resources available to get my point across. Hint The CRA is a great place to start and don't be shy they don't want to know you at all just the people who are the thieves, with their profiles all over linked-in? Makes you wonder how people this stupid could figure this scam and get away with it. Put pressure on banks and authority and let them know how serious this is.
