Basically the same thing that everyone else posted. I thought I was filing a request for address change with the actual USPS website. I have done this before, and no red flags were raised because their website operates and looks very similar to the real USPS website. Didn't notice until I saw that my account was charged $39.95. Fortunately I found another forum online which directed me to contact the FTC (Federal Trade Commision). They are well aware of the deceptive practices this company is promoting. I also contacted my bank ( Associated Bank) and they have also been dealing with several complaints about this company. They are filing a dispute as we speak and my money will be refunded to my account within a week. Contact your banks people, as they are likely experiencing many very similar calls regarding this company.
