Agreed to pay shipping costs online for free 30ml sample, this arrived with packing slip but without any invoice or any return instructions. My credit card was charged and I informed my bank who reversed the charge, my bank has now heard back from the company who say the sample that i received is the actual product and not sample and as I had not returned the product they charged this amount to my credit card.
