Ordered a product once, last year, and cancelled my order after they overcharged. When I called them back then they stated that I wouldn't be charged any further and be taken off their database. On the 13 of December 2013 they sent my another bottle and charged me 88.90 which is outrageous. When I called to get a refund they stated they would cancel any further charges and offered a 35% refund and refused to give me the full refund.
