I am kicking myself after entering my card online to an offer for Garcinia Diet max and slim body cleanse for a £1.99 sample. I have been made in no way aware that this was a subscription and i am desperately trying to cancel the subscription as I have had now £360 taken from my credit card. Somehow it is £84.71 for each product is getting taken from my account every 2 weeks. It is a huge amount of money and I had no idea of this and i was certainly not made aware.
The only text was a £1.99 sample for one of each and it was an offer on facebook that caught my eye and said nothing about those charges or subscriptions. I have telephoned the numbers on my bank statement for garcinia diet max and slimbody cleanse but they ask for a telephone number that i received when i made the order which there wasnt and i cannot get through to anyone. Instead they give you an email address which i have emailed. For slimbody cleanse i emailed [email protected] and garcinia diet max i emailed [email protected] and i have heard nothing back.
I have also telephone my credit card company and they have put a block on those transactions but i cannot get my money back because those companies have got a subscription on my account. It is in no way an authorised sale and I don’t even have the money to afford this. I have not authorised this to go ahead at all, as all I was made aware of was a £1.99 charge for each of those products as a sample offer!
I Hope someone can help and i i really hope to get my money back because it is a complete scam. I had no idea about the amount of money that would be taken every 2 weeks and would appreciate any help i can get.
