I purchased Equinox and RVTL in October, 2013. I was charged $99 for the Flawless skin and second $99 for the same and also $93 for Radiant Skin. I was later reimbursed $99 where they had charged me twice for the product. I called the locations and told them I was unhappy with the product and I was sending it back. I would told when they received it I would be reimbursed for it minus a restocking fee. They recieved the items on November 8, 2013 and I have been calling them weekly to get my money back. I received $70.00 back in December but have yet to receive the other amount. As I said I have been calling weekly. There is no manager to speak with and even if you leave a message I was told the manager does not speak to anyone. I just talked with them again and I was told I will recieve $70.00 more in two days. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.
