I never bought bids and they charged my card $99 when I registered on the site, I've tried to contact them numerous times and they haven't responded. I then thought the only way I would get it back is by winning a product and saving that much in return but I'm not receiving any of the things I win unless there more bids. This ranges from ebooks, online gift cards, a trip, etc...they say you can talk to someone online but there's no link to bring them up. I want my money back!
