I ordered a free trial in late september 2013. i received what i thought was a free trial pot of cream. i was using it and it was ok. But then to my horror i noticed i had had a payment of £95.95 go out of my bank,on the 7th october, and then even worse i noticed a further £95.95 went out on the 23rd october. i spoke to my bank who gave me their phone number. i rang them. they cancelled my contract which i was unaware i had.and said there was another pot on its way. said i didnt want it. they said just send it back and the money will be refunded.i keep ringing them and getting nowhere. they need the post office post receipt before they will do anything, so they say. they say they have not received it delivery. i wrote my own home address on so if it got lost it could be sent back to me along with a cancellation number. can you tell me where do i go from here. please.
