I signed up for the free trial under the impression that they would send me a kit in the mail which they did not. The "free" trial costs 4.97 for "shipping fees". There is no way to cancel your subscription on their page. And now I have been charged an addition 5.28 for lord knows what. I do not want to continue losing money for something I cannot cancel. Please help
