I answered an advert on MSN for this product because I suffer with Diverticular and was looking for a colon cleansing product, I signed up for £3.99 postage for a free trial of ultra cleanse and an information pack for their products, I did not receive anything and forgot about it, then checked my account on-line to find that they had taken monies from my account, I contacted the bank and was told that I had to try and contact the company direct, which I did via e-mail, kept getting a donotreply answer with a ticket number saying that they would contact me within 24 hours which they did not do, I then kept mailing them every hour for three days still nothing so I then phoned the 24/7 help line number for EU customers and got an answer phone message saying the office is closed please call again on the next working business day, I phoned again at 0900 and got a very false sounding American accented woman, who spoke in a very garbled way, I managed to get through to her that one, I did not sign up for any of their products, two that I had not received any of their products three that I did not want their products and four that I wanted to cancel any subscrption I had inadvertently signed up for and for which they had been taking monies from my account. It took me about fifteen minutes of repeating myself but I got there in the end, then I logged onto my e-mail to find two mails from them saying that my account was cancelled and that the problem was resolved, then at the bottom I was informed that they have charged me another months money and dispatched goods to me. I have been back onto my bank to try and stop the payment, they told me that the payment was taken at 0700 this morning, this is a company that I tried to contact at 0730 to be told that they were closed; they have made sure that they got another payment from my account which the bank cannot stop or do anything about for thirty days, I have had to cancel my card to make sure that they cannot help themselves to more cash. Whatever you do, make sure that this gets out to as many people as possible, I only wanted some information to try and find a product that would ease my diverticular and it has been a very expensive lesson.
