I ordered a trial offer for free plus 5.95 s&h on December 30,2013. I tried the product for 2 days before I had a bad breakout and decided not to use it. I have tried to call their toll free number on numerous occasions to no avail. After waiting on hold for over an hour the last time, I once again hung up. On the 14th of January i was charged 89.95 on my debit card! I didn't order any more and tried to cancel my trial and wanted to return it. I finally got to speak to a live person today who told me that their computers were down and i would need to call back in the morning?????? I am furious. What do I do now?
