I was somehow redirected to this site when filing for a change of address. I would not have willingly agreed to the change of 39.99 in light of the USPS charging a $1.00 fee for a legal change of address. This charge caused my checking account to go into a negative balance. When attempting to contact a representative at MovingConcierge.biz, there was no number on the website. During further research, I found a contact number through a consumer complaint website, where I left my number and asked to be contacted immediately.
