I do not not have an account with this company and have never had a . Loan from them or any other company.
This company loan option.net have taken money from my bank account (£67.76).
When I contacted them for answers their telephone operators were vile the only answers they could give me was the answer I already knew 'that I don't have an account' when they couldn't answer my request the telephone was put down on me by 2 operators.
3rd phone I got through to a guy who refused to let me speak to a manager because there was no managers in the building I was told the operator also refused to give me he's name and extension number as he told me 'i don't have to'.
So when I asked where do I go from hear he told me there is nothing they can do about it and gave me an email address to send my concerns too.
I'm absolutely shocked that a company can get away with taking money without permission.
I wand a refund but I'm getting no further forward.
