I ordered the "free" trial offer. I didn't receive the product till 1/9/2014. The issue is I am being screwed out of $27.00 . I didn't call or send the product back within the 8day trial period. How can I try the product or cancel if I haven't received the product in the first place?????? In other words , I am paying for late shipment!!!!! Please help me resolve this issue.....
