REDHOT GARCINIA - I followed a link on FB. Signed up/purchased the trial supply, was supposed to be like $3.00. I said no to all the auto reorder options and request for a larger supply. I almost immediately get an e-mail stating that $1.00 & $159.00 will be refunded to my payment method today (1/6/2014) and it may take up to 3-5 days. What?!?! It's now been 9 days, it has not been refunded. I called the toll free # 888-373-3911. They just kept telling me "did you read the terms and conditions?", ok fine I guess I didn't read the fine print. But whe I asked to cancel the order they told me it couldn't be done. It was 8 days and I still haven't recieved the product. I was told I could return it within 14 days of purchase for a partial refund, I would have to pay aprox $10 restocking fee. Really? It's been 9 days, I don't even have the product so how am I supposed to get it back to them within 14 days of the purchase date? So I asked they to stand by the e-mail that clearly states the $159 will be refunded, that was ignored and again redirected to the "terms and conditions". Customer serivce was not help whatsoever. You can't contact them via e-mail and I cannot even find their website(link) that I made the original purchase from (so I can read the "terms and conditions")!
I do not want to be out $160, I cannot afford that and have no idea what to do know :-(
