Placed an order for 4 pairs of Ugg boots. Said it was being shipped. Asked for tracking info and received the information. Tracking info says it was delivered on 12/30 but we were home the entire day. Contacted company again, asked if I wanted refund or to reship. I choose reship. (Stupid, I know) Got same tracking number and now when I email the email comes back as permanent error.
