I signed up for books but have not recieved merchandise. I did not sign up for recurring billing and specifically asked WHAT I would be paying for and WHEN I would be getting it. Needless to say I have been billed repeatedly and the christmas present for my child (who really could have benefited from this) never arrived. I have initiated fraud complaint with my credit card company and will be pursuing credit card fraud charges with the law.

The actual amount was $126.95. The company has emailed stating they will not honor what the rep quoted me because she did not write it down. She spoke broken but understandable English but appeared to understand all of my questions.

If the representative is able to make promises on the company's behalf, they should keep them. I am left with no alternative but to take legal action and use every public platform available to me to warn all other potential victims of this scam

Looking at the order & receipt we have in our records, you & the student rep, Katarina, had agreed on a payment plan that would end on Feb 15, 2014 - which is when the products would then ship. The schedule of payments was written out on the receipt, with two payments still remaining - one for January 15 and one for February 15. Once all the payments for a customer's order are received, the products ship.
