After getting a phone call offering a free trial for starter kit I was sent a detailed email with terms for which I never agreed to. Since that evening I have made attemts to contact this company thru their customer service and email with absolutely no response. I suspect this company is fraudulent or at the very least this trial starter kit deal is a fraud and have canceled my credit card, reported to my card company and sent a report to the BBB.
