They have take two payments of £69.85 from my account the second being 16/12/2013. Within one week of the fist payment being taken I had left a message online through their web site asking for a refund as I did not receive a loan. After the second payment I rang them and was told both payments would be returned within one week and when that did not happen I rang again the Monday before Christmas day and was told the money would be paid back the next day or first thing in the New Year. The first Monday of the new year I rang again and was told that the money would be in my account by the following Friday and when that did not happen I rang again and was told the money had been paid and would take up to 5 days to be in my account. Today 15/01/2014 and still nothing and now after ringing they have told me it is still with the manager and when I complained they hung up on me.

I will make a complaint to the financial ombudsman today and see if that will get me somewhere.
