I called IXP visas on behalf of my friend to know whether there is any avenue available to migrate from India to Canada. I provided all the details & then he started asking the name which I was reluctant to provide. On that he said that call Canadian embassy and they will help you. What a bastard! Why on earth you need a name for a initial inquiry. Avoid these people and do not get carried away by their websites and offices; which are perhaps all virtual & humanless. Shameless!
