£39.99 Taken from my account without consent. Called 01625 682 005 and spoke with a consultant that advised they will refund my money and it can take 5 working days. This is the final day and no money is shown in my account. Called back and spoke with James who advised they have no record of my initial refund claim however he promised to make sure my refund was in my account by close of business - AND he also said he was going to do another refund so I would receive two lots of £39.99, I double checked this with James and asked if I had to pay back one of the refunds and he said "No, I am happy you will get two refunds, one today and I will do another refund for you which can take up to 5 working days" How is this even possible...since when do we ask for a refund and the company promises to pay the refund and more! Something strange is happening here!!!
