WORST COMPANY EVER! I'VE BEEN STRANDED AT RESTURANTS when $ on card-wouldn't go through because under a certain amount! Paid for gas, then whole card balance HELD FOR DAYS !!! THEN-fraudgulent use of my card!! I had to call and call and no help. thought they were still working on it, when I TRACKED DOWN everything and called them to let them have info- they said "oh, we've closed that--NOTHING can be done now and our records show it was a ligitimate charge". I said HOW COULD YOU DECIDE THAT WHEN I'VE TOLD YOU OVER AND OVER THAT I DID NOT MAKE THIS CHARGE-SOMEONE paid their city tax bill. i've never lived in that city!"... oh -- "too late, closed now!". I still had an open account/card with them !!! This happend to my friend twice with her bank card--they CONTACTED HER AND REIMBURSED HER IMMEDIATELY!!! DON'T MESS WITH THESE cards! TOO MUCH OF THIS TYPE theft/identity theft now and you could lose much more then the $ 140 that I lost!! Plice even HAVE THE PERSON'S name but - can't catch her, had address, she moved, etc. so - BEWARE !! lINDA in VA
