took money out my account without permission, then offered a refund and told me it would be back in my bank account in 7 working days i replied on 6th Jan so money should have been back in on the 14th Jan rang then and was told will be in on 15th Jan was still not in bank. rang again and told in the terms and conditions that they could take up to 30 days. then rang again through my bank and was told i should not have applied and would have to wait for my refund and it was my fault for needing the loan but i did not want to pay the money ou of my account in the first place because they secretly took money without my permission.
