This company was supposed to help us with a modification loan with HSBC. They kept us on the hook until the last payment of almost $900.00 for the months of October, November and December was sent, after that they did little or nothing. They kept us on the line, telling us this and that, this will be coming etc. Called HSBC, if we don't come up with almost $1400.00 within a short period of time, we will lost our home. They should have let us know something of what they and HSBC were doing but they didn't. The modification loan was not a 6 month loan, it was suppose to be the length of the loan. HSBC said it was a 6 month loan, after that it returned to the original loan. To make a long story short, this company screwed us over. Dale Myers was the person we were working with. Just let anyone who wants to use this company, tell them not to do it, they will screw you.
