Today, Jan14, 2014, I discovered a charge of CAD $173.60 to my TD VISA account. I called the company and they claim that on Dec 21, 2013, I purchased a program from them called Home Income Stream. I did not do this and I asked for a refund. They claim that I signed up on Dec 21, 2013. They say I did not contact them after the 3day free trial so I cannot get my money back!
I do not want anything to do with this secretive company. Can't find the proper company name online. I was told the company name is "Your Online Purchase". Not a real company name.
I have received no goods or services from this company and I just want my CAD $173.60 back.
I have proof of payment posted Dec 21,2014 showing a charge of $CAD $173.60. The company's phone number is 1.888.906.3272.
