I ordered a "TRIAL OFFER $4.95" to try their e-cigarettes. They debited the $4.95 immediately, and I believed I would have a 14 day "Free" trial. The day I received the package it was the same day that my account was debited - no free trial at all. I called and spoke to "Juanita" asked for an RMA - she stated if I had or was going to dispute the charge, she would not give me an rma unless my bank called in and told them that I had not disputed the charge. I talked to my bank and they cannot do that and that the person I spoke with knew that. Fortunately, I had received a new debit card the same day, so Regal does not have the number to continue to rip me off. I still have to take time off work to dispute the charge made against my account, and don't imagine that Regal will ever give me an address to return the product or make any effort to return the money.
