I ordered online, Free Trail of Garcinia Cambogia off a link connected with Dr. Oz, or so I thought! The shipping and handling was $2.95 so I put in my info.I got a conformation of the purchase. I then read the terms and conditions that popped up on the screen. It informed me that I had 3 days to cancel my free trail or they would charge my card $159.00 for the two bottles they were sending,( which also on screen, said I should have in my possession by January 15,2014). Because it was a Sunday I didn't call back right away. The next morning, I called the 800 number to cancel my order and was told that once it was made that they could not stop the shipping. I was going to have to wait until I have the product then pay to send it back. The order was to stop payment. I thought it was resolved and hung up. The next day just before leaving for work, I called my bank(BOA) to find myself in the hole! The company charged my card the moment I pressed send on Sunday! On Monday,when I called to cancel, the company did not inform me of this!I have automatic withdrawals coming out in the next few days and now by the time this is all done, I will be in the hole by at least $274!I went to the BOA today,01/15/14 to inform them of all of this as well as the fact that I have not received the product either! I was given another 800 number to call to set up a claim. I tried to call it and found i have to have a claim number before proceeding! I wasn't given a claim number! I want my $159.00 back and all charges to be billed to BOA!
