Same as the other complaints, I ordered a pair of Uggs from the website Kikitrade.com in December. My money was taken from my Visa on December 15th. When I hadn't received my order by mid January I sent an email inquiring as to where the parcel was. I did get a response from the "seller" stating a tracking number. Later that same day I received a delivery notice and went to the post office expecting to get my boots. The parcel had the same tracking number that was given to me by the "seller", but it was a small flat parcel which had a thin yellow face cloth inside, nothing else. I have tried emailing many times and have received no responses.
