On 14 Jan 2014 SIRIUS XM, charge our bank account $229.50, for a service that was stopped month's ago. We called them on it, and they acknowledged that indeed that account had been closed. They couldn't understand why our account had been charged. My husband then made the comment, that it probably had something to do with the oversea out sourcing of their billing! The person he was speaking to, got quite arrogant and condescending, then said that our account would be refunded in three to five business days! In the mean time we are out $229.50 for the next three to five business days! I decided to post this on Facebook, and that is when a girl friend of mine posted that she also had a similar incident with them. She had closed her account in Oct of 2013, and found they had charged her account also on the 14 Jan 2014. When she called SIRIUS XM, she had a difficult time trying to resolve it. The person she was speaking with spoke very poor english, and she is still not sure if it was resolved. She said she would know in about a week...
