I did not agree to purchase the product and was paying shipping and handling.,I thought.I ordered trial in Oct. and surprised when 30 day supply arrived.Not ordered and the pkg stated return requested and before I could send back another arrived and my acct billed,both not opened and I sent back. When another pkg arrived I checked and found my account was charged for two orders and both unopened sent back to company.I did not save address on return pkg and somehow they did not spell my name right.I was unaware of charges cuz away from home and computer,bank info. they were unable to give credit for either returned bottles.They are a deceptive scam business and I never accepted the terms.Iwas billed for trialnot received
